Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Canada and Europe. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us Β before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

Some thermal optics may be subject to export restrictions under US law. We are unable to ship certain products outside of the United States. If your order is affected, our team will reach out to you promptly.

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Products showing signs of use, mounting, or field wear
  • Items purchased as “open box” or “demo” units (unless defective)
  • Special orders or customized products
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@thermalscope.shopΒ 
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method β€” do not send returns without an RMA number

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) β€” we cover return shipping
  • If the return is buyer’s preference (changed mind, ordered wrong model) β€” return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Want a different model or need to upgrade? We make exchanges simple. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you find the right scope. If there’s a price difference, we’ll charge or refund accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of deliveryΒ 
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
